When using our toys and materials, manufacturers safety recommendations, when indicated, should be adhered to. The developmental age of the client should be considered and use for safety recommendations, rather then the chronological age. Adult supervision and common sense should also be used at all times.

Since results obtained with the use of our toys and materials depend greatly on circumstances beyond our control, we cannot assume and we disclaim responsibility for any damage, expense, or injury of any kind associated with the use of toys and materials sold by Pocket Full of Therapy, Inc. Failure to notify us before ordering shall constitute acceptance of these conditions of sale.

Pocket Full of Therapy is and always has been committed to providing safe toys and materials to our customers. We are aware of, and continually working to fully comply with all regulations. The warning labels you see visible throughout the website are part of the regulations set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. As always where small parts, marbles or balloons are part of a product, adult supervision should be provided.
