Why use this? When you placed your original order, your credit card was authorized for the total shown. Then all credit card information is encrypted for your security and we do not have access to it. Any additional monies due, because of shipping charges or if you added to your order need additional credit card authorization. You are welcome to call us or fax us this information if you prefer. (Sorry-email is not permitted by your credit card company!)

The actual amount needed, and that will be charged is the number quoted to you. It may be more or less than $13.95. If the amount required is more than $13.95, please increase the quantity ordered of this item to equal or be greater than the number quoted.
