On to a basic "The Pencil Grip" shape, they added a set of flexible wings. The wings facilitate the maintanence of a mature tri-pod grasp with no hooking or crossing over of index finger and thumb. For either right or left hand use. Great new grip provides support, comfort, and finger placement assistance.

These grips were referred to me by an OT/ PT who raved about them...best on the market, so I tried them. I loved them and the students were able to easily manipulate them for correcting pencil grip. BUT when I ordered a second batch years later, I was very disappointed as the material had changed from a sturdy yet comfortable rubber to an almost Gummy too soft pliable material which makes placing on the pencil very difficult. I was no longer a fan of these BUT would love to be able to order the original sturdier ones. Not sure since the description does not describe whether the material is sturdy or the soft pliable one.
