PFOT - Damages, Shortages and Returns

All orders are processed and checked prior to shipping. They ship complete unless indicated on your paperwork. A copy of your order is attached to the outside of the box. Please check your order promptly. Usually small items are bagged together. Shifting may occur during transit and items may get "lost" in packaging and padding. Please look carefully and identify all items before calling.

Damages, errors and shortages in shipment must be reported to Pocket Full of Therapy, Inc. within 15 working days. Please keep all packaging and boxes for inspection by carriers as proof of any damages or missing items. All returns require proof and date of purchase and will not be accepted without prior authorization from Pocket Full of Therapy, Inc. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. A credit slip will be issued for all credits/refunds under $30.00 US.

Computer Products are an exception to the above terms. Please check all requirements for both hardware and software. If they don't make sense to you, or you are unfamiliar with your computer system and its requirements, ask someone more knowledgeable about computers to help you before ordering. Most software manufacturers will not accept returns of opened software and hardware and we must follow their policies. Feel free to call us with questions before placing an order.
